Took my order online then closed the store for some reason. I never received my order and no one was available to answer my phone call.

Food wasn't good at all was cold too the burger didn't have any cheese even know it said cheese burger

Please don't use paper in the box with loaded fries. The sauce makes the paper soggy and rips. Every time I get this meal. I end up eating bits of soggy paper. Aluminum foil would be better. Thanks

let me just say I feel totally ripped off, donner meat on top of cheese burger was obviously cooked a very long time ago and did not look appetising, the actual burger meat tasted funny, so did not eat more than about half, and that was after dumping the dodgy donner meat, and then you add 5 quid for what was essentially 12 frozen onion rings, that's 5 quid for 12 slices of onion, I know food prices are going up all time, but that's clearly a rip off, and why for that price, they should have been hand cut at very least, clearly budget cooking at restaurant prices, and that's third meal I have had from there that I did not enjoy, so for me that's 3 strikes, your outta here, just won't use again.

Sadly the pizza today was inedible. Pakora was debatable too. Egyptian kebab was decent but sadly we had to buy the Mrs a pizza and pakora from elsewhere. Used to go every weekend and not been in a while but sadly the quality seems to have dropped.

10/10 food and delivery. Can always count on Ibbys for a good dinner.

Wrong meal sent but didnt send back as sitting down as a family to have dinner and didn't want to wait thought we would just eat it .Sent chicken korma instead of Karahi .Chicken was vey dry and tough ,sauce extremely watery all you could taste was coconut .Sorry but wont be ordering again as this is 2nd time been disappointed

Spent around 35 pounds on a delivery which included 2 milkshakes. On drinking them we found bits of plastic in both milkshakes. Phoned up to say about the plastic in the milkshakes and the person on the phone came up with every excuse to make it sound like I was making the whole story up just to get 2 freebie milkshakes. Didn't want me to bring them down for some reason when I offered to show him the plastic that was in them and of course the person that delt with these situations wasn't in tonight or tomorrow night. We'll see as I'm taking them down on Thursday 😆
